Governance Senior Procurement Specialist

• managing all compliance and regulatory activities around the procurement area (e.g. audit, audit-related, TPRM, DORA) in close collaboration with Group Procurement functions
• providing advice and guidance to colleagues on activities that are on the critical path and helping in resolving issues
• running internal audits to measure quality, as well as running own initiatives in close alignment with Group Procurement functions
• providing oversight on internal procurement regulations (Local and Group Procurement Guidelines, ESG and other related regulations)
• leading and managing the research, development, implementation and monitoring of procurement performance benchmarks that support key result areas, including performance reporting (e.g.compliance reporting, functional performance reporting, etc.)
• overseeing vendor requirements (non-administrative)
• managing contract database in terms of adherence to existing norms
• ensuring internal and external compliance with sourcing procedures and contracts
• leading and managing the development and implementation of best practice procurement policy, directives, frameworks, procedures and guidelines to facilitate the reduction of business risk across the company
• identifying areas of improvement and offering solutions to existing norms and processes
