We are currently looking for a Governance and Reporting Manager to join a team supporting senior technology leadership in the European region. This role provides exposure to a broad range of strategic, regulatory, and performance-related initiatives, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders and gain insight into multiple domains such as Cybersecurity, AI, Risk & Controls, and Service Performance.
Responsibilities
- Managing the calendar of Board, regulatory, and senior stakeholder submissions, ensuring timely preparation and review.
- Supporting the preparation of high-quality Board papers and regulatory submissions; over time, taking ownership of selected deliverables.
- Coordinating and maintaining key scorecards and metrics (e.g., TRCB, DORA).
- Managing periodic regulatory submissions (e.g., quarterly stocktakes).
- Advocating for a Europe-wide perspective in reports and challenging data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Supporting project and programme management activities for emerging initiatives (e.g., Operational Resilience, TRCB, capital adequacy assessments).
- Overseeing logistics and governance of selected leadership meetings, including scheduling, attendance, minutes, and action tracking.
- Tracking hygiene activities (e.g., team tools, training compliance).
Requirements
- Proven ability to build networks and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver accurate, complete, and timely outputs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for senior decision-makers.
- Experience in preparing impactful presentations and visualising data effectively (e.g., charts, diagrams).
- Analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large or complex datasets.
- Strong organisational discipline in managing multiple deliverables, updating trackers, chasing progress, and escalating when needed.
- Confidence in working with senior leaders and challenging information when appropriate.
