As a Governance & Reporting Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution driving large-scale technology transformation across Europe. You will play a key role in managing regulatory submissions, board papers, and scorecards while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of deliverables. This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders, providing impactful insights from complex datasets and ensuring alignment with European regulatory requirements. You will also be supporting governance processes, project tracking, and maintaining high standards of reporting across critical technology initiatives.

responsibilities :
Managing the calendar for board, regulatory, and stakeholder submissions
Assisting in preparing board papers and regulatory submissions for senior reviews
Taking ownership of submissions as experience and knowledge grow
Managing scorecards and metrics, including TRCB and DORA requirements
Coordinating periodic submissions to regulators such as PRA stocktake reports
Advocating for a Europe-focused lens on group data and materials
Supporting project and programme management activities, including OpRes and capital assessments
Managing calendars and logistics for governance meetings, including minutes and actions
Tracking team hygiene activities such as Pods, Teambook, and mandatory training
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure deliverables are complete and factual
requirements-expected :
Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver accurate outputs
Ability to communicate complex information simply and effectively to senior audiences
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to visualise data using charts and diagrams for impactful presentations
Experience in analysing and deriving insights from complex datasets
Strong organisational skills with the discipline to manage multiple deliverables
Ability to prioritise, escalate, and track updates consistently
Experience in managing governance or regulatory processes
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
