Governance & Communication Specialist (Regular)
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish communication content (posts, tutorials, updates) on internal platforms such as Viva Engage and SharePoint.
- Develop visual and written materials, including videos, Power Apps, and layout‑rich documentation.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and feedback loops with the user community.
- Implement governance policies for Power BI and Qlik Sense (security, compliance, access management, usage standards).
- Collaborate with citizen developers to ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices.
- Provide support and respond to governance‑related inquiries.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Design or UX skills for creating communication and training materials.
- Strong communication abilities and experience in content creation (writing, video, layout).
- Familiarity with internal communication tools (e.g., Viva Engage, SharePoint, Power Apps).
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, well‑organized, and user‑focused mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power BI and/or Qlik Sense (user or developer level).
- Experience working with low‑code tools such as Power Apps or Power Automate.
- Experience in data governance or compliance roles.
