We’re looking for an experienced Gosu Developer to join our team and work on projects for clients from the insurance and technology sectors in Scandinavia.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment, taking on a technical leadership role — mentoring mid-level and junior developers, enforcing best coding practices, and driving software development processes.

Recruitment process:
HR Interview – 20 minutes
Technical Interview – 30 minutes
Client Interview (Technical) – 1 hour
Client Interview (Final) – 1 hour
- 6–12 years of experience as a software Gosu developer
- Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially PolicyCenter, or ClaimCenter
- Proficiency in Java and/or Gosu
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
- Fluent English – essential for working in international teams
- Openness to occasional travel
- Availability to work full-time

,[ Implement and configure Guidewire modules, primarily PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter. , Review and write code (Java/Gosu), ensure test coverage and code quality., Integrate Guidewire with external systems, Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices, Support recruitment efforts for technical team members, Participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter) Requirements: Gosu, Java, REST API, SOAP, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter Tools: GIT, Agile.
