We’re looking for a passionate Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team and revolutionize developer experience. You’ll be instrumental in building and evolving our cloud platform, empowering developers to innovate and ship amazing products with ease.
About The Team – the cross functional cloud platform team consists of 9 members with diverse backgrounds from software development, business analysis, infrastructure engineering, security and architecture. The team benefits from a high degree of autonomy in decision making and a strong relationship with the platform customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Shape the future of developer experience: Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring a seamless and robust platform that balances customer autonomy, security, and compliance.
- Design and build cutting-edge platform features: Collaborate with product teams to translate their needs into tangible solutions, driving continuous improvement and automation.
- Embrace agile development: Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment using Kanban methodology, contributing to story refinements and ensuring efficient delivery.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Dive deep into Google Clouds latest offerings, conducting Proof of Concepts and presenting compelling results to drive platform innovation.

- Be a problem-solver: Handle on-call duties with expertise, resolving incidents and ensuring platform stability.
Apply if:
- 2+ years of cloud platform engineering experience, ideally with Google Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
- Proficient in at least one programming language, e.g. Python, Java, Go, Bash etc.
- Strong DevOps mindset and working experience.
- Experience with hybrid on-premise/Cloud setups.
- Continuous delivery/integration know how (e.g. Jenkins, Google Cloud Build etc.).
- Expertise in Continuous Delivery/Integration (GitHub Actions, Gitlab, Jenkins etc.).
- Version Control Systems (Git) mastery.
- Unit and Integration Testing experience.
- Comfortable working with container technologies.
- Solid understanding of cloud identity access management (IAM).
- Linux proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Terraform Cloud, Vault, GitHub
- Experience with Google Cloud services (Compute, Networking, Data services (Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Storage, CloudSQL etc.), IAM, Vertex AI).
- Kubernetes expertise.
- Agile methodology knowledge (Kanban).
- Atlassian tools experience (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket).
- Developer portal experience (e.g. Backstage).
- Java application experience (SpringBoot), SQL knowledge.
- REST-API experience.
