About the project
You will be responsible for developing and scaling a customer facing platform that is currently undergoing a major technical upgrade.
The initiative includes modernization of the existing solution, performance optimization and functional expansion. The goal is to ensure technical stability and enable future scalability, which supports long term product growth.
Location: Poland, remote
Your responsibilities
- Build and optimize backend services based on Golang
- Develop and maintain environments based on Kubernetes
- Improve performance, scalability and reliability of the platform
- Make technical decisions related to architecture and deployment
- Collaborate with the internal development team and stakeholders
- Ensure high quality, documentation and predictable delivery
Our requirements
- Solid commercial experience with Golang
- Hands on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Ability to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver results
- Strong understanding of performance, scalability and reliability
- Comfortable working with Git, Jira and modern DevOps toolchain
- Proactive communication and ability to work in a distributed team
- Fluent German and English
Optional
- Experience building or maintaining Kubernetes Operators
- Experience with cloud environments for example AWS, GCP or Azure
- Experience in large scale distributed systems
