Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
Proficiency in Polish
Several years of hands-on experience in developing applications in Go
Full-time work as a Go Developer within the last 12 months
Solid experience in implementing asynchronous and event-driven systems
Practical knowledge of gRPC in production projects
Experience with Microservices architecture
Experience with message brokers such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
Experience with observability solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
Bonus points If you have:
Experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Operators, and Helm Charts
CKA and CKAD certifications
Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
