• Collaborate with the team to design and build scalable, high-performance ad-tech solutions
• Apply and promote clean coding practices, including writing and maintaining tests (unit, integration, functional) and taking part in code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and backend reliability challenges
• Share your knowledge and support less experienced teammates to foster growth and collaboration
• Maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation (code, architecture, APIs)

• 3+ years of commercial backend experience
• Solid hands-on experience with Go
• Proven track record in building scalable microservices (REST/gRPC)
• Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience with Docker and Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of algorithms/data structures
• Fluent English
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
