This role is ideal for a Senior Backend Engineer who thrives in product-driven environments and is excited by the challenge of building a high-performance Order Management System from zero.

responsibilities :
Lead backend development for a new aviation platform, with Go as the core language.
Design and implement clean, scalable microservices in Golang.
Shape system architecture and key infrastructure components — no legacy, full greenfield.
Optimize data flow and queries using PostgreSQL and Google Spanner.
Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability in a high-availability environment.
Work closely with DevOps and SREs to build a solid CI/CD and observability stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a modern Agile setup.
Troubleshoot real-world production issues — and prevent them before they happen.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of backend experience, including 3+ years in Golang.
Deep knowledge of backend design, system performance, and distributed systems.
Strong experience with relational databases, especially performance tuning in SQL.
Solid understanding of microservices, cloud infrastructure, and containerized apps.
A mindset geared toward quality, pragmatism, and building things right from the start.
