Responsibilities

  • Strategic Synthesis: support and organize digital teams to deliver on planning, activation, application of data and optimization of campaigns; understand Social, Programmatic, Partnerships and Content to inform digital decisions across opportunities.
  • Manage local and multi-market campaigns; switch between scopes as needed.
  • Work with planning and strategy teams to translate block plans by media type and flighting from planning systems, ensuring an optimal digital media mix.
  • Integrate digital plans with offline media (e.g., align TV spots and digital upweights; create geo-based digital campaigns to support out-of-home placements).
  • Own media plans for all digital components, including budgets, tracking, pacing, and performance against goals.
  • Unify data and insights from biddable channels in context of client objectives.
  • Develop integrated experience strategies across biddable & digital touchpoints; identify opportunities for proprietary solutions growth to solve client business problems.
  • Guide clients and stakeholders on selection and application of systems, tools, and platforms; enable successful implementation.
  • Provide a consistent POV on digital investment decisions and optimization areas.
  • Outline analytics/measurement frameworks to shape holistic performance measurement and activation.
  • Advise stakeholders through critical business changes and lead high-quality cross-channel planning for large campaigns.
  • Plan against client outcomes; quantify objectives and impact across all biddable areas in collaboration with practice leads.
  • Manage campaign budgets and daily spend, bid strategies, and tracking; implement course corrections as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaigns and advise client/agency teams accordingly.
  • Develop deep understanding of media channels, ecosystems and planning best practices; translate strategy into client briefs.
  • Oversee campaign management ensuring high-quality output.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Influence stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment; lead cross-functional teams toward media goals.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of all WPP deliverables and KPIs; share across teams as needed.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing and proactive communication to enable repeatable activation excellence across channels.
  • Build and maintain client and agency relationships at a mid-senior level; understand stakeholders and client business.

Skills And Experience

  • Confidently answer client questions; liaise with internal teams on best solutions; strong knowledge of digital channels, technology and data to support activation.
  • Critical questioning and broad perspective to analyze problems and activation impact.
  • Lead delivery of relevant information to drive impact; clear communications to influence and educate across seniority levels.
  • Multi-market activation experience and ability to manage multi-market teams.
  • Entertainment category experience.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a partnership focus.
  • Big-picture thinking; understands organizational trends and client, audience, channel, market dynamics.
  • Translate strategy learnings into effective digital activation with measurable outcomes.
  • Apply best practices to campaign management; act as escalation point for issues.
  • Provide actionable insights during mid and post-campaign reports for in-flight optimization.
  • Lead and manage team workload, prioritize resources, and improve workload management.
  • English proficiency.
