Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 10,000 professionals, is looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to join one of our teams -Stampli!
STAMPLI IS looking for a mid-level Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer with a specialization inAI-powered marketing and sales automations. As a part of their Marketing team, you will work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to build, deploy, and scale intelligent (AI driven) automations that will improve our go-to-market strateg.

- Excellent and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing technology, sales operations, or development or
similar technical role
- Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and experience with automation
platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
- Experience with using AI tools for development
- Experience with web development fundamentals and REST API integrations
- Experience with major AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and understanding of prompt
engineering - Knowledge of marketing/sales platforms like HubSpot, Gong, Salesforce, etc.
- Knowledge of conversational design and natural language processing concepts
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing and sales processes
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and AI governance principles
