This is a full‑time position offering both responsibility and independence. You’ll be based in our modern Szczecin office, right in the city center, working alongside supportive colleagues in a collaborative environment. At the same time, our hybrid working policy gives you the flexibility to partly work from home, creating a healthy balance between work and personal life.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role, in wind or a related industry
- Minimum B2‑level English proficiency
- Strong skills in Office 365, especially Excel
- Confidence in working with various software systems
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Strong communication skills for working with international teams
Your Role
- Process and split training invoices in our systems
- Act as the first approver for technicians’ travel statements
- Register training hours and prepare monthly payout calculations
- Manage training groups and create projects in systems, including technician assignments
- Support and optimize training administration processesAssist with budget management and quarterly forecasting
- Flag significant unplanned costs and elevate challenges proactively
- Provide peak‑time support with certificate uploads and ad‑hoc bookings
