Responsible for procurement, working directly with Polish suppliers, issuing RSQs, receiving proposals & making awards
This will need to be done in line with the team procurement manual that outlines the ways of working
The position responsibilities will also include following (and recommending improvements to) processes for managing contracts/subcontracts, raising purchase orders, maintaining registers in accordance with company procedures
Coordinate with the Ops Manager in onboarding new suppliers, performing market research, identifying and formalizing in form of Purchase Requisitions business needs of the office and various programs, coordinating RFQ documentation, managing current contracts & orders and tracking deliveries
Ensuring accounts payable process invoices in a timely manner
Spearhead cross-functional and cross-entity cooperation within team to ensure robust execution of PR/PO and invoicing processes
This position will act as an interface to other business functions, customers and suppliers to ensure information and process flows work effectively

WYMAGANIA:
Business Administration with IT background ideally with some specialism in supply chain in Poland
IT literacy especially Microsoft Office suite applications
Basic SAP S4 skills
Evidence of sound commercial awareness from work experience or education
Must be willing to travel on an occasional basis
Right to work in Poland
Willing to undertake security clearance
Content to work in Defence & Security sectors
Business level written & spoken English language
Proactive attitude to problem solving
