As a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist, you will support end‑to‑end operations within the GBS scope, ensuring timely and accurate supply of finished, semi‑finished, and raw materials to JTI Markets and 3rd Party Partners. You’ll work closely with factories, suppliers, logistics partners, Finance, R&D, Markets, and other teams to keep our supply chain running smoothly.
You will handle Customer Service and Supply Chain activities in SAP ECC, IBP, and Transportation modules, providing reliable operational support and ensuring on‑time, in‑full delivery and billing for assigned Markets and Customers. Acting as a key link between internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help maintain seamless product flow and uphold JTI standards across all processes.
- Coordinate the phase-in and phase-out of the portfolio for designated markets/customers
- Process Sales and Purchase Orders within SAP ECC/IBP, ensuring all parameters are accurate and completed in a timely manner for detailed order output
- Ensure continuous supply and process shipments of commodities minimizing write-offs based on the customers requirements in collaboration with factories, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers and warehouses resulting in order fulfilment
- Collaborate with Finance for any related to Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable matters and month /quarter/year-end closing
- Liaise with forwarders/carriers for transport document establishment
- Build company service-related purchase orders as recorded
- High School Diploma and/or Commercial Diploma
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service in a multinational company. At least 12 months in a GSC&CS Associate role
- Proficient in English (written & spoken). Additional language(s) such as French or Spanish is an asset
- SAP Hana experience or other ERP
- Logistics knowledge
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
