Obowiązki

  • Efficiently manage customer service and supply chain processes specific to tobacco leaf logistics using SAP4Hana and Transportation Modules.

  • Ensure timely delivery of tobacco leaf products to dedicated markets and customers, adhering to JTI policies and procedures.

  • Act as a central liaison between factories, suppliers, customers, markets, and logistics partners.

  • Process purchase orders within SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage shipments and ensure continuous supply of tobacco leaf products.

  • Coordinate with forwarders/carriers to establish transport documentation, both SAP and non-SAP.

  • Support internal and external auditors with logistics-related inquiries.

  • Review and provide feedback on logistics-related reports for compliance with internal controls.

  • Collaborate with Finance on Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and end-of-period closing activities.

  • Review and approve release of blocked invoice documents from third-party/intercompany suppliers.

  • Actively support Team with internal tools creation using lean methodology.

Wymagania

  • High School Diploma and/or Commercial Diploma

  • 2+ years of experience (Specialist) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service, preferably in a multinational company or the tobacco industry

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); any other language is an asset

  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems, as well as proficiency in MS Office

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (any) or knowledge on Lean philosophy will be treated as strong asset
