Our Team
Join our team in Katowice as Global Supplier Enablement Analyst.
We are looking for a Supplier Enablement Team member who will assist in supplier screening, data validation, and setup. The team ensures a strong emphasis on financial control stewardship and processes that help safeguard company assets. Our responsibilities include processing onboarding requests, setting up new suppliers, and managing supplier data (changes on existing supplier accounts). We are a part of the global team. Our team in Katowice consists of 7 individuals supporting different companies within Koch for Europe and the Middle East. The team builds relationships cross-functionally with procurement, finance, operations, and IT to bring optimal solutions to supplier enablement processes.
What You Will Do
- Onboard suppliers through a dedicated online platform.
- Maintain Vendor Master Data, ensuring accuracy in the ERP.
- Review and validate information and supporting documentation provided by suppliers (Tax ID, bank details) prior to entering it into the ERP.
- Make outbound calls to suppliers.
- Follow defined financial control procedures designed to safeguard company assets.
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, third-party suppliers, operations, and IT to execute effective and accurate supplier processes.
- Participate in periodic master data review and cleaning projects.

- Fluency in English.
- Accuracy, independence, and conscientiousness in carrying out tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage assigned workload.
- Ability to work efficiently in a multinational and virtual team.
- Focus on improvement and openness to change.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous experience with supplier master data or customer service.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge.
- Additional language skills: German, French, or Italian.
