We’re looking for a Global Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimize our field service operations across international markets. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of on-site and off-site technical services, ensuring consistent performance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic)
  • Optimize performance and delivery of project milestones
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Have reposnsibility for profit and loss and project KPIs
  • Analyze KPI trends and implement corrective measures
  • Lead technical and non-technical teams, rectify reliability issues, monitor progress, track KPIs and manage budgets

Our requirements

  • Experience in field service delivery (onsite and offsite)
  • Ability to deliver complex projects with multiple processes involved (incl. warehousing, logistics and field services)
  • Process management skills
  • Experience in interfacing with C-Level management
  • Very good communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Focus on client satisfaction
  • Fluent English and communicative Polish
  • Need to travel (max 20% of the time)
