We’re looking for a Global Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimize our field service operations across international markets. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of on-site and off-site technical services, ensuring consistent performance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities
- Plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic)
- Optimize performance and delivery of project milestones
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Have reposnsibility for profit and loss and project KPIs
- Analyze KPI trends and implement corrective measures
- Lead technical and non-technical teams, rectify reliability issues, monitor progress, track KPIs and manage budgets
Our requirements
- Experience in field service delivery (onsite and offsite)
- Ability to deliver complex projects with multiple processes involved (incl. warehousing, logistics and field services)
- Process management skills
- Experience in interfacing with C-Level management
- Very good communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Focus on client satisfaction
- Fluent English and communicative Polish
- Need to travel (max 20% of the time)
