Job Description:
As the A2R Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of our Account to Report process. Your main goal will be to ensure that our end-to-end process is efficient, effective, and optimized through the use of technology. You will play a crucial role in implementing digital transformation initiatives, process improvement strategies, and automation solutions.
Specifically, you will:
- Apply data-driven approaches to transform the A2R process.
- Design and develop process monitoring dashboards and execution instruments.
- Develop KPI targets to prioritize and drive end-to-end process improvements.
- Benchmark our A2R performance against industry standards to identify opportunities.
- Lead change management activities for process and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with other finance functions to deliver operational excellence and quality service.
- Participate in global data analytics initiatives, identifying trends and process inefficiencies.

To be successful in this role as an A2R Continuous Improvement Lead, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and personal attributes:
Qualifications:
- Strong Finance and Accounting Knowledge: A deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, combined with strong analytical skills, is essential to effectively drive process improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP and Process Performance Management: Experience working with SAP and a proven track record in process performance management will enable you to effectively optimize our A2R process.
- Project and Change Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in successfully leading projects and driving change within an organization is crucial for this role.
- Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization is vital for implementing process improvements and driving change.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration: A bachelors degree in these fields is required to ensure a strong foundation in financial principles.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in a finance environment, with at least 2 years of experience in business process re-engineering and/or finance project coordination, is necessary to bring valuable insights and expertise to the role.
- Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration within our global organization.
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification: While not a mandatory requirement, a Lean/Six Sigma certification would be advantageous in driving process improvement initiatives.
- ACCA or Similar Certification: Another advantageous qualification would be an ACCA or similar certification, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting standards and practices.
