In this strategic role, you will ensure an effective S&OP process that aligns sales forecasts, project backlog, and resource capacity across all regions. Beyond traditional S&OP responsibilities, you will design and implement a global workload management process, lead the adoption of a resource management tool, and drive weekly reviews to provide consolidated visibility on resource allocation and workload balance. The position is based in Västerås, Sweden or Krakow, Poland.
