Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving procurement excellence on a global or regional scale?

In this role, you will lead the sourcing activities for critical goods and services that power our operations worldwide. Example of categories that could be under your scope include raw materials, packaging, industrial services, equipment, etc. It offers you a unique opportunity to shape sourcing strategies, build strong supplier relationships, and deliver tangible value.

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for assigned categories at a global or regional level

• Evaluate and collaborate with suppliers to meet Armacell’s demand, service, and quality requirements

• Lead RFIs, RFPs, and negotiations to secure the best value for our business

• Consolidate needs across all sites and stakeholders to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies

• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, including monitoring performance and driving improvements

• Provide market insights and act as an expert advisor to internal stakeholders

• Track supplier performance through KPIs and initiate improvement projects as necessary

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry or relevant experience

• 3–5 years’ experience fully managing a category with regional scope (e.g. industrial services, capex, packaging, raw materials,...)

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Expertise in sourcing processes, supplier evaluation, and negotiation

• Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

• Willingness to travel as required
