Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment (Engineering, Administration, Support, Product etc. positions);
• Coordination of recruitment process with Hiring Managers to understand hiring goals and develop recruiting strategies;
• Maintenance and development of current policies and their implementation: recruiting, preboarding, onboarding, relocation etc.;
• Creativity and independence in finding new ways to reach potential candidates, active search;
• Weekly and monthly reports and analytics;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT and R&D recruitment;
• Practical experience in the development of various HR processes and their further development;
• Strong administrative and organizational skills;
• Ability to plan and implement projects/initiatives;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Stress-resistance and ability to multitask, work under pressure and with tough deadlines;
• Fluency in English , Polish, and Russian as additional languages would be beneficial.
