Global Real Estate Data & Financial Analyst

About the role:

A Real Estate Data & Finance Analyst supports a specific business and is responsible for Real Estate data analysis, maintenance, and delivery of ad hoc reporting and analysis, required recurring reporting, or other data maintenance as expected by the Business. The Real Estate Data & Finance Analyst works closely with the Relationship Leader, the Financial Analyst, and the Transaction Managers to establish the requirements, timing, and deliverable output or action associated with the Real Estate data.

Pivotal role in the global implementation and progress reporting of the Client’s Portfolio Strategy, including Data governance and Data management processes such as Real estate data integration, Real Estate operational reporting, and dashboard maintenance.

What Youll Do:

• Real Estate Data & Finance Analyst’s key responsibilities include:
• Annual (and multi-year) real estate cost out planning
• Ongoing on-initiative-level cost-out summary reporting
• Support Rooftop Dashboard Leadership summary creation, maintenance, and enhancement
• Deliver expedited or accelerated reporting
• Develop or provide transactional-level global reporting or analysis
• Enhance or customize reporting specific to a business’s need
• Provide additional data cleaning activities
• Other duties as assigned

What Youll Need:

• Bachelors degree (BA/BS) and 1 to 5 years of related experience
• Structured approach to data management to enable effective reporting outputs
• Previous Commercial Real Estate industry or Business Analytics experience preferred
• Understanding of Real Estate Portfolio Strategy and Transaction processes
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience servicing back-end database requirements
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to form professional relationships
• Analytics/financial or portfolio analysis experience is an advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Pro-active solution mindset
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently
• Positive attitude towards routine tasks
• Flexible approach to work
• Proficiency in English
