WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

  1. Collaborating with key stakeholders to streamline and refine the entire P2P process
  2. Leading the creation, implementation, and communication of the standard P2P process across all TÜV Rheinland regions
  3. Initiating and driving continuous improvements to enhance system and process efficiencies, leveraging digital technologies and AI solutions
  4. Leading projects focused on optimizing and harmonizing the P2P process (with PMO support)
  5. Providing expert guidance on process design, benchmarking, tool implementation, and system changes with Process Architects
  6. Defining and overseeing rules and guidelines for process compliance and internal controls, ensuring they are followed
  7. Fostering experience exchange and external benchmarking by facilitating internal and external coordination
  8. Preparing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, RACI matrix, and control descriptions
  9. Managing effective training and communication initiatives related to the P2P process
  10. Developing and implementing performance metrics and regular reporting for the E2E process
  11. Acting as an IT interface, managing IT change requests, coordinating between SSC Operations, IT, and Corporate Centers
  12. Staying informed on new P2P technologies, including AI capabilities, to evaluate and facilitate their implementation to ensure our processes remain cutting edge

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?

  1. University degree/Diploma
  2. 5+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Purchase to Pay (P2P) roles
  3. Proven track record of enhancing business processes, with strong leadership and project management skills
  4. An in-depth understanding of P2P processes and supporting systems/tools, with a focus on digitalization and AI integration
  5. Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and drive innovation
  6. Creative and innovative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  8. Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with SAP modules such as FI, VIM, MM, and Ariba, as well as process mining technologies (like Signavio)
  9. Excellent English language skills
  10. Strong intercultural awareness
  11. Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment
  12. Experience within a BPO environment as an additional asset but not a requirement
