Manage the transition of compliance data into SAP ERP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and business usability.
Translate global and regional compliance requirements into actionable project plans and system configurations.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to define work packages, milestones, and ensure seamless project execution.
Configure and maintain business systems to support evolving compliance and operational needs.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users, promoting best practices and system adoption.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Report project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience in global project management, ideally in compliance or ERP-related initiatives.
Solid understanding of product compliance (Quality, Engineering, or Legal) and regulatory frameworks.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or similar systems; strong technical and data analysis skills.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in change management and process optimization.
Ability to work independently and navigate complex organizational structures.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
