Your role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficient and smooth SAP S/4 Transformation within MAHLE with focus on strategic change management
- Consult in the strategic definition/adaptation of the future change roadmap and act as sparrings partner for global change lead
- Strategic Change Management topics like preparation and execution of On-Site Workshops, Incentive Concepts, etc.
- Change and communication coordination and preparation of senior project leadership and upper management alignments and meeting
- Continuous Change Management quality assurance and evaluation of effectiveness
Your skills & strengths:
- 5+ years of working experience in global (transformational) projects with strategic responsibilities, experience in IT Transformation projects and/or change management is a plus
- Career background in a corporate environment, (inhouse) consultancy, or multi-national agency
- Profound Project Management skills and experience with strategic transformation programs/change management, ideally SAP surrounding
- Person with strong conceptual and communication skills
- Hands-on and “get things done” personality
- Fluent in spoken and written English, German will be an asset.
- Profound Skills of Microsoft Tools
- Willingness for business travels within Europe: around 10%
