Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic & Google Ads Campaign Manager to lead and optimize international advertising campaigns across programmatic (display and video) and Google Ads channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing campaigns or collaborating with technology providers and media agencies to ensure maximum performance. They will monitor and report campaign results, develop case studies and best practices, and drive innovation by testing new solutions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams, including the CRM department, to leverage 1st party data, and working closely with Google to implement Joint Business Plans.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Effectively managing international programmatic (display and video) campaigns independently or in collaboration with a technology provider.
  • Effectively managing international Google Ads campaigns independently or in collaboration with a media agency.
  • Monitoring agency performance and reporting campaign performance.
  • Creating case studies and best practices.
  • Educating the company about programmatic and Google campaigns.
  • Collaborating with Google on the implementation of the Joint Business Plan.
  • Identifying and testing new solutions for programmatic and Google.
  • Cooperating with the 1st party data (CRM) team to utilize 1st party data in Google and programmatic campaigns.

  • Execution of insights & analytics services and related strategic projects - Performance on productivity and competitiveness, measured against goals & benchmarks.

Minimum Requirements:

Work Experience:

  • Cross Cultural Experience.
  • Operations Management and Execution.
  • People Leadership.
  • Process Management.
  • Proven Ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders.
  • Project Management.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Programmatic Buying tools (DSP, DMP, SSP), including Adform and Google.
  • In-depth knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and proven ability to manage campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads tools (paid search, display, video).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads ecosystem and proven ability to manage campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders (media agency – analytics agency – marketing) simultaneously.
  • Excellent command of English, as daily work and communication will be conducted in this language.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Experience working on the agency side and/or client-side (as an in-house expert on programmatic/Google campaigns) at a senior specialist/manager level.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an additional advantage.
