Global Program Lead - Digital Manufacturing Program

• Define and maintain the global program vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Digital Factory Program (DFP)
• Lead program governance structures, including steering committees and decision-making forums
• Oversee program planning and execution, including integrated schedules, budgets, and deployment phases
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Coordinate global site deployments, ensuring readiness, compliance, and harmonized execution
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain scope, timeline, and quality
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, GxP/GMP, cybersecurity, and data integrity requirements across all program activities
• Lead and mentor a global cross-functional team, including PMO, technical leads, business owners, and external vendors

As the Global Program Lead, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Digital Factory Program (DFP), ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. You will lead a global cross-functional team, manage vendors, and oversee program planning, execution, and benefits realization. This highly visible leadership role requires strategic oversight, strong governance capabilities, and the ability to drive global alignment.
