Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the global program vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Digital Factory Program (DFP)
- Lead program governance structures, including steering committees and decision-making forums
- Oversee program planning and execution, including integrated schedules, budgets, and deployment phases
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Coordinate global site deployments, ensuring readiness, compliance, and harmonized execution
- Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain scope, timeline, and quality
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, GxP/GMP, cybersecurity, and data integrity requirements across all program activities
- Lead and mentor a global cross-functional team, including PMO, technical leads, business owners, and external vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
- At least 15 years of experience in program management within global manufacturing or digital transformation
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-site programs
- Strong knowledge of ERP, MES, WMS, LIMS, and OT systems
- Expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance in regulated environments
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel occasionally on a business trip to Switzerland (around 10% annually)
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
