We are seeking a Product Manager to focus specifically on the Network Management and Cybersecurity offering for Operational Telecommunication Solutions, utilizing our mission-critical communication portfolio.
Job Tasks
- Product Vision and Evolution: You will lead the advancement and enhancement of our Network Management System (NMS) offering; this includes continuous market surveillance to identify relevant solutions and products that can complement our system offering or shape our future roadmaps
- Lifecycle Management and Profitability: drive business performance by managing the entire product, system, or service lifecycle – from development and launch to maintenance, pricing, and profitability analysis; as a member of the PM team, ensure a cohesive, end-to-end offering across the whole wired communication portfolio
- Roadmap Governance and Coordination: coordinate and supervise the execution of the product roadmap; define and manage recovery plans when necessary, and collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers to ensure overall offering consistency and functionality
- Technical Cybersecurity Requirements: define and articulate the technical cybersecurity needs and specifications at both the product and system levels
- Cybersecurity Strategy and Monetization: proactively manage the cybersecurity facets of our clients products and solutions and develop strategies to expand revenue streams derived from cybersecurity-related services and activities
- Global Knowledge Transfer and Market Intelligence: serve as the central point for disseminating product and solution knowledge to our clients global organization while simultaneously gathering crucial product/system market intelligence from them; process and distribute this information to the Product Management team and key departments like Sales and Marketing
- Market and Application Expertise: develop and maintain deep expertise regarding market needs and application use cases within specific, defined customer segments
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Definition: define and execute Go-to-Market strategies, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, to effectively target and address various customer segments
- Cybersecurity Certification Management: initiate and manage the processes for obtaining market-relevant cybersecurity certifications

Requirements
- Academic Foundation: possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field such as Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Development, or an equivalent qualification
- Professional Experience: minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience working with operational telecommunication or IT systems in a comparable role
- Core Technical Expertise: demonstrate deep, comprehensive knowledge of Network Management Systems (NMS) and Cybersecurity, preferably acquired within an operational telecommunication setting
- Communication & Collaboration: exceptional communication skills and proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders across various seniority levels within the organization
- Language Proficiency: Fluency (both written and spoken) in English; proficiency in French, German or any other language is highly beneficial
- Problem-Solving & Leadership: proven capability to independently analyze and resolve complex challenges, even when faced with limited information; must be skilled at articulating findings and inspiring teams or individuals to adopt proposed solutions
- Strategic Thinking: ability to bridge the gap between the technical intricacies of operational telecommunication (or IT) networks and the strategic alignment with customer needs and overall business potential
- Business Development: demonstrated capacity to identify, develop, and successfully drive new business opportunities and offerings into the market
- Influential Leadership: ability to lead cross-functional efforts and drive others toward the successful delivery of required outcomes, effectively guiding the implementation of new functionalities and solutions without formal direct reporting authority
