At this moment, we are looking for a Global Process Owner for the R2R Process.
The Global Process Owner R2R will report to the Head of Finance Operations. The role of the is critical in ensuring that the R2R process operates efficiently, meets customer needs, and achieves financial goals.
Tasks
- Establish ECO3s standards for the R2R area. Collaborate with and provide functional leadership to P2P operations teams as part of a newly defined global accounting operations organization of ~60 FTE in total (no direct reporting line into Finance operations)
- Guide and support the professional development of regional R2R team leads.
- Define, standardize and improve End-2-End R2R process to ensure proper general ledger practices and timely and accurate month-end-closing.
- Support the definition and roll-out of a revised internal controls environment in R2R.
- Ensure accounting operations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Align operations with company goals, drive efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Work with other departments to align operations and solve cross-functional challenges.
- Track KPIs, analyze process performance internally and related to our BPO partners.
- Adopt new technologies to improve operational efficiency and scalability and automation.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 7 years working experience in accounting operations management or a related field, with a track record of increasing responsibility (e.g. Process Owner, Team Lead R2R)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional and international projects
- In-depth experience in optimizing and standardizing accounting processes and driving operational improvements.
- Experience in managing commercial service provider contracts, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and high service standards.
- Strong numeracy and IT literacy skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to cooperate with different levels of people inside/outside the company.
