About the Role

As Essential Home embarks on an exciting carve‑out journey, the Global Process Lead will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing the foundational HR systems and processes for our new organization. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up, creating a lean, simple, and scalable operating model that delivers real value to the business and supports our growth ambitions.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the setup of global HR processes and systems during the carve‑out phase, ensuring seamless transition and operational readiness.
  • Design and implement efficient, standardized, and user‑friendly processes across all HR domains (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance, Payroll, etc.).
  • Partner with regional HR teams and business leaders to ensure alignment and adoption of global standards.
  • Drive process mapping, documentation, and governance for all HR workflows.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to enable automation and digitalization initiatives.
  • Monitor process performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local regulations while maintaining simplicity and agility.
  • Act as subject matter expert for HR process design during system implementations and upgrades.

Experience we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations or process management in a global organization.
  • Experience in carve‑outs, M&A integrations, or building HR processes from scratch in startup‑like environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
