Global Payroll Senior Specialist | Managed Services Operations
Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international clients. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive payroll and HR administration services across various sectors in the region.
Your future role:
- Process end‑to‑end payroll: data ingestion, validations, gross‑to‑net calculations, controls, approvals, and disbursements.
- Support US and Canada payroll cycles including checks, adjustments, garnishments, and year‑end activities (e.g., W‑2/T4).
- Work with Oracle HCM/EBS, UKG (Kronos), Workday, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow platforms.
- Ensure compliance with country‑specific statutory requirements, tax withholdings and audit standards, maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare payroll journals, GL interfaces, funding files (ACH/EFT), variance analyses, dashboards, and ad‑hoc reports.
- Manage service requests and stakeholder communication with a focus on meeting SLA targets.
- Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal cross‑border teams; escalate and remediate issues with clear root‑cause analysis.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Apply if you have:
- 7+ years of hands‑on payroll operations experience, including global payroll exposure.
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and across time zones, willingness to work shifts aligned to CST time zone.
- Proficiency in Oracle payroll platform.
- Experience using UKG/Kronos for workforce management and ServiceNow for case management.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (lookups, pivots, data validations).
- Strong data integrity mindset, client‑service orientation and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
