ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • Manage all global payroll processes (in over 30 countries) and ensure their timely and compliant execution.
  • Cooperate with external payroll providers and internal HR and Finance teams.
  • Implement process improvements and automation, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Supervise statutory reporting, settlements and maintain data integrity and security.
  • Lead payroll implementation processes in new offices worldwide.
  • Manage, motivate and develop a team of payroll professionals.




WYMAGANIA:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll processing, in a Global Payroll Manager position in an international company.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Ability to view processes from a broader perspective than just European.
  • Communication skills, including assertiveness and awareness of cultural differences in communication with external partners.
  • Independence, resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Higher education in finance, accounting or a related field.
