Global P&C Claims Analyst

Your responsibilities

  • supporting the implementation of global claims transformation projects and best practice rollouts
  • preparing high-quality analyses, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • assisting in the development of tools, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and impact
  • coordinating with local claims teams to ensure consistent adoption of Group standards
  • contributing to process reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement across markets

Our requirements

  • fluency in English
  • university degree in business, law, or IT studies
  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, insurance, or transformation project support
  • strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and presentation
  • ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-country teams
  • proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organisational skills

About the role

As a Global P&C Claims Analyst, you will be an integral part of the global transformation team, supporting the design, rollout, and monitoring of strategic claims initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders, gaining exposure to multiple markets and product lines while building the skills to advance into leadership positions.
