About Our Client

Job Description

  1. Develop and refine the strategic vision for the designated end-to-end process area.
  2. Identify opportunities to enhance service levels and reduce operational burdens.
  3. Collaborate with the O2C Operations team to implement process improvements.
  4. Advocate for process standardization to improve efficiency, consistency, and alignment across global O2C functions.
  5. Recommend strategies to better utilize existing technology systems.
  6. Enforce adherence to global design standards and templates.
  7. Promote the integration of best practices and emerging trends.
  8. Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders across SSCs, global teams, and local business units.
  9. Support change management and communication efforts for critical transformation projects.
  10. Drive a consistent approach for developing and maintaining procedures across global locations.
  11. Oversee the creation and regular updates of global training materials.
  12. Define, implement, and monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, service gaps, and emerging trends.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  2. Over 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in an SSC setting.
  3. In-depth knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes.
  4. Proven experience collaborating with global stakeholders.
  5. Extensive experience with ERP systems and a strong focus on optimizing and standardizing IT tools; familiarity with other payable/disbursement platforms is advantageous.
  6. Background in process optimization (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma) or project management is highly valued.
  7. Fluent in English, with Polish language skills considered an advantage.
  8. Skilled at driving process harmonization and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
  9. Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative environments with strong analytical and problem-solving expertise in accounting and related processes.
  10. Strong interpersonal skills combined with customer management, analytical thinking, change management, and effective communication.
  11. Proven leadership capabilities in managing teams and workflows.
  12. Prior experience working with SAP is essential.
