Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the strategic vision for the designated end-to-end process area.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service levels and reduce operational burdens.
  • Collaborate with the O2C Operations team to implement process improvements.
  • Advocate for process standardization to improve efficiency, consistency, and alignment across global O2C functions.
  • Recommend strategies to better utilize existing technology systems.
  • Enforce adherence to global design standards and templates.
  • Promote the integration of best practices and emerging trends.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders across SSCs, global teams, and local business units.
  • Support change management and communication efforts for critical transformation projects.
  • Drive a consistent approach for developing and maintaining procedures across global locations.
  • Oversee the creation and regular updates of global training materials.
  • Define, implement, and monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, service gaps, and emerging trends.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in an SSC setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes.
  • Proven experience collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems and a strong focus on optimizing and standardizing IT tools; familiarity with other payable/disbursement platforms is advantageous.
  • Background in process optimization (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma) or project management is highly valued.
  • Fluent in English, with Polish language skills considered an advantage.
  • Skilled at driving process harmonization and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative environments with strong analytical and problem-solving expertise in accounting and related processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with customer management, analytical thinking, change management, and effective communication.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing teams and workflows.
  • Prior experience working with SAP is essential.
