Summary
The role is an end-to-end finished goods and raw material planner for specific products, creating FG & SA MPS, generating purchase orders, ensuring inventory availability, and transmitting distribution plans. The role also monitors performance, investigates challenges, collaborates with teams to improve performance, communicates supply or demand issues, and defines inventory policy in conjunction with the CoE. The goal is to manage inventory performance in line with target levels.

Who are we looking for?
An expert with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain/Logistics positions.
Proficient English speaker with very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel).
A person with strong leadership skills and a great teammate having an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the business including profitability, inventory turns, and service levels.
Strong communicator across multiple levels of the organization able to develop rapport with other functional leaders inside Baxter and Supply base and do analysis of tradeoffs between business objectives - able to think systemically.
An individual who embraces change, challenges the status quo, and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes and builds tools that help simplify job tasks and shares these with others.
An expert influencing the thinking of, or gaining acceptance of others in sensitive situations, supervising, coaching, developing others, and getting results through team leadership and self.
In terms of education: degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or similar degree; Rapid response knowledge and APICS certification preferred.
