Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Vialto Partners as a Tax Specialist. You will work closely with international employees, focusing on global mobility compliance and the preparation of personal income tax (PIT) declarations. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to handling various tax‑related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handles international employees tax compliance, primarily focusing on preparing personal income tax (PIT) declarations.
  • Communicates effectively with English‑speaking clients regarding the tasks performed.
  • Analyzes client data to ensure accurate and efficient tax settlements.
  • Collaborates closely with other team members to provide high‑quality service and support.
  • Supports the database management and maintenance related to tax documentation.
  • Prepares various tax settlements, including creating PIT returns and coordinating tax settlements on a global scale.
  • Provides support in obtaining and analyzing data from clients for accurate tax reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level in both speaking and writing.
  • Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • A positive attitude toward learning and acquiring new processes.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Openness to international collaboration and working with clients from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of tax law, preferably in personal income tax, is a plus.
  • Practical experience working with MS Excel is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is beneficial.

Additional Information

  • This is an entry‑level role in hybrid working mode with one monthly visit to our office in Katowice.
  • Fixed Term / Full Time (40 hrs a week).
