Opis stanowiska pracy

For our client, an international manufacturing group that plans to expand its SSC structures soon, we are looking for individuals interested in developing their careers as a Global Mobility Specialist with Turkish

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (employees, business partners) and external vendors to facilitate global mobility processes,
• Managing the international assignment process, including relocation, immigration, and tax compliance,
• Preparing and managing relevant documents and checklists to ensure all necessary formalities are completed accurately and on time,
• Ensuring compliance with various regulations, including data protection, tax, and insurance laws,
• Maintaining and updating systems and documentation related to global mobility,
• Preparing contractual documents and communicating with employees and business partners regarding global mobility policies and procedures,
• Providing clear and concise guidance on global mobility issues,
• Offering support and explanations on global mobility matters to employees and managers.

• Completed studies in management, psychology, sociology, or similar education,
• Professional experience in positions such as HR Advisor, HR Delivery Specialist, HR Services Specialist, or related roles,
• Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish (minimum B2 level),
• Experience in a corporate/SSC environment,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Success-oriented mindset and willingness to develop.
