What we expect

• proven experience in creating reports and working with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint presentations
• proficiency in analyzing data, preparing clear visualizations, and supporting mobility operations through accurate documentation
• fluent inEnglish (written and spoken)
• strong organizational skills
• ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Your tasks

• processing of move requests and Global Mobility related queries from P&C system (start, during, end) including validation of data
• assignee profile set up in Global Mobility system
• responsible for shared mailboxes
• data maintenance in Global Mobility system specific to role
• assignee vacation information computation
• temporary accommodation booking, extensions, payment
• tracking of lease agreements and lease renewals
• ad hoc reporting and admin activities
• coordination with data provider on database updates
• market specific process support (e.g. reports, vacation process, on-boarding, off-boarding activities, Global Payroll Manager system)
• data maintenance
