Work model: 2 days per week from office in Wroclaw

YOUR ROLE:

Are you passionate about creating seamless international employee experiences? As a Global Mobility Expert, you’ll be the go-to expert for employees, managers, and HR partners navigating cross-border work arrangements . You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure up-to-date, compliant, and efficient processes for international assignments.



In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth and engaging experience for employees working across borders, addressing challenges with expertise and leveraging relocation, tax, and legal advisors when needed. You’ll maintain compliance with policies while documenting exceptions, fostering an environment of clarity and support. If you’re ready to make a global impact, this is the role for you.

WHO YOU ARE:

1. 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar role managing global mobility processes.
2. Proficient in English to collaborate effectively in a multilingual environment.
3. Skilled at coordinating with internal teams and external providers, including tax advisors, relocation experts , and software partners.
4. Strong understanding of cross-border employment policies and compliance requirements.
5. Exceptional communication skills to serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers.
6. Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
7. Adept at using assignment software and data systems for efficient workflow management.
8. Passionate about enhancing employee and manager experiences in a global work environment.
