Who Are We Looking For?

• Experienced professional with a good understanding of Global Mobility and at least 1 year of experience, preferably in service delivery/operations or 2 years of experience on other Human Resources positions.
• Deep knowledge of the Global Mobility principles and processes, using them to provide solutions for the business within the GM framework, and able to articulate the logic behind GM policies and processes.
• Proven skills in managing senior stakeholders and working with ambiguity.
• Experience participating in or leading improvement initiatives, and can represent the team in global or regional projects.
• Fosters collaboration with team members.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• Preferably with previous experience using SAP.

Experience in customer‑service roles will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

The Global Mobility Advisor is based in the regional hub and is the primary point of contact for the assignees, the business, People & Culture (P&C), and various vendors and business service lines involved in international assignment decision‑making and execution.

Move Management

• Act as the customer‑facing client services representative, key point of contact for assignees on relocation benefits, services, employment terms and all related compensation & benefits.
• Manage the end‑to‑end assignment lifecycle with assignees on topics such as relocation benefits, cross‑border employment terms, and expatriate remuneration.
• Manage relationships with key local external service providers for destination services and immigration advice, ensuring service delivery is fit for purpose.
• Participate and lead local/regional/global mobility projects, process improvements and team events.

Advisory Role

• Provide specialist advice, support and guidance to business and P&C on internationally mobile staff, balancing internal policies and external regulations with flexibility.
• Advise on application and interpretation of Global Mobility policies, cross‑border compliance and offer solutions based on business understanding.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑assignment consultation, including “what if” scenarios, in collaboration with business and talent management teams.
• At the initial offer stage, clarify eligibility of global mobility benefits with candidates.
• Partner with GM BPs throughout the assignment lifecycle.

Optimize Service Delivery

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and teams to provide training and coaching on internal processes, and propose solutions to optimize service delivery.
• Senior support to facilitate and monitor delivery standards (KPIs, service levels, GM operations delivery tasks).
