We’re looking for a creative force who can blend design, illustration and animation into seamless digital learning experiences. What will you be doing?

  • Lead UX and UI design for digital learning platforms, creating wireframes, prototypes and design specs for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Design and test interactive learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond or Adobe Captivate.
  • Create original illustrations, icons and 2D animations to support medical education storytelling.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility, usability and learner engagement across all digital content.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bring 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and illustration/animation, ideally within education, healthcare or SaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop), and animation tools like Adobe Animate.
  • Show a strong portfolio that highlights your ability to distil complex information through visual storytelling and user-centred design.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
