Job Description

Master Data is information that is a key to business operations. It is a single source of basic business data used across multiple systems, processes and functions. This key business information includes the data about customers, materials, suppliers, and finance.

In this role, you will be part of a global team accountable for providing effective support in terms of Master Data Management and analysis, while operating in a complex, cross-functional and international environment.

Your key responsibilities as a Global Master Data Specialist would include:

• Visualizing end-to-end processes and tools in the Master Data area to improve data quality, optimize data maintenance processes, and enhance control.
• Collecting business requirements and working with the Master Data Manager to formulate solutions across all elements of our data management framework.
• Identifying relevant business stakeholders and working in close cooperation with I-BPO.
• Responsibility for data quality, including data cleansing of the relevant data objects within the assigned Data Domain.
• Being a Champion of Master Data Management for the relevant domain within the JDE landscape, which includes IT and organizational aspects.
• Identifying improvements and working with the MDM Ops Team to ensure implementation.
• Being a project member in projects that touch the relevant data domain.
• Maintaining the Master Data governance document for the relevant domain and ensuring its usage during integration projects.
• Being the first contact point for the business regarding data quality, queries, improvements, etc.

For this role as a Master Data Operations Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Professional experience related to master data administration.
• SAP System experience is a must.
• Advanced MS Office use, especially MS Excel, with experience working with large data sets.
• Strong data analytical skills, passionate about digitalization and an early adopter.
• Strong team player.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work at the office 3 times a week.
