Responsibilities

Société Générale Warsaw Branch is currently looking for a Global Markets Sales in Institutional Investors Desk. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to further grow your career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.

The position is focused on the origination-to-distribution business model. The role is to assist Polish local clients in their inquiries for investments or hedging transactions. The objective is also to bring flexible and innovative fixed income and currencies solutions adapted to clients’ specific requirements and to current market conditions.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

1. Support financial institutions in rates, credit, fx and structured cross-asset transactions executed in voice and electronically.
2. Deliver ongoing global markets sales strategy to both maintain existing client relationships while also bringing new clients on board.
3. Remain vigilant on financial and operational risks and promote financial market integrity.
4. On-site work in the office.

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

1. Proven experience in transactional cooperation with Polish institutional investors or corporate enterprises.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial market teams of the banking industry or non-banking investment firms.
3. Good knowledge of cash, derivatives, and secured finance instruments.
4. Awareness of financial markets regulatory framework and risk metrics.
5. Adaptability and agility in challenging environments that allow for task-force mode work.
6. Team spirit.
7. Positive mindset, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, creativity, independence, results orientation, and rigor.
8. Fluent English, Native Polish.
9. Financial Advisor or Brokerage License as an asset.
10. Readiness to work fully from the office.
