We are seeking an experienced PMO Specialist to support our Central Functions Departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple functions. Fluency in English is required.

How you will create an impact:

  • Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools tailored for Legal, HR, Finance and Marketing.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including senior management, legal advisors, compliance officers, and risk analysts.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide training and support to team members on project management best practices and tools.
Your profile:

  • Bachelors degree in business, management, project management or an equivalent degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management in administrative functions. Experience in managing multiple departments is important in the professional services industry.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German or another EU language is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in or for a multinational organization.
