responsibilities :

• Monitor data flow between Oriflame and 3PL system and fix all business related errors
• Ensure compliance of stock levels between Oriflame and 3PL on the SKU level
• Report generation and data analysis, ex.reports related to Stock Alignment process
• Correct Customer Invoice and Shipment documents in ERP system and create Return transactions in ERP system
• Customer Data updates in ERP System
• Keep GDC System Support Team KPI’s in set targets
• Work with Global Supply Chain Teams on daily basis when it comes to cross-teams operations & projects
• Support IT activities within the Business Projects

• Degree in Computer Science, Logistics or in relevant area
• English fluency is a must
• Ability to set priorities
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
• Can-do, proactive and problem solving attitude
• Analytical skills
• Experience with ERP system (SAP/IFS/Oracle)
