About the job
In this role, you will lead the establishment of Learning Value Chain operations and drive the global conceptualization, design, and implementation of the Learning Value Chain to accelerate learning in alignment with Alfa Laval’s 2030 goals. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing the end-to-end operations of the Learning Value Chain, including conducting Training Needs Assessments across the organization, developing training plans, enhancing learner engagement and experience, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Who You Are
You have multiple years of experience as a business-minded HR Business Partner or Generalist and/or experience in developing and implementing successful learning strategies aligned with business objectives. Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Pro-active, creative, and with a clear sense of accountability. Fluency in written and spoken English. You demonstrate a strong growth mindset and an inclusive approach. You bring a target-oriented mindset while being a solution-oriented team player.
What You Have
Reporting and Location
You will report to the Head of Global People Development at Alfa Laval (hybrid location, within Europe). You can be based anywhere in Europe, with the option to work from our Headquarters in Lund, Copenhagen, Stockholm, or any other Alfa Laval office in Europe.
