Responsibilities
- Manage suppliers and execute tendering processes for kitchen equipment categories.
- Implement global contracts and coordinate international sourcing projects to maximize efficiency and savings.
- Prepare accurate budget forecasts and cost models for new and existing units.
- Secure competitive market prices and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams to identify best practices and improve processes.
Requirements for Candidate
- 2 years of experience in category management (preferably Kitchen Equipment).
- University degree.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing and vendor management processes.
- Excellent English communication skills.
